Hiring a trainee
Internship agreement
You must draw up an employment contract as you would for any employee.
For the content (remuneration, cover, etc), there are no fixed rules that differ from those you would have for any other contract in your company.
In addition to the employment contract between you and the student, an internship agreement sets out the terms and conditions that allow the internship to be counted as formative experience within 42 Lausanne. lThere are no other documents to send us.
Your future intern (42 Lausanne student) will only be able to provide you with this agreement once he/she has completed the last module at the school.)
The student can start his/her internship with you at any time (after completing his/her "core curriculum").
