The 42 Lausanne team

The 42 Lausanne team is multidisciplinary, with experts dedicated to key missions: fundraising, partnership development, pedagogical management, communication, events organisation and student support.

Diverse profiles

Management, teaching, events, partnerships, communications - all sectors are represented in the team, which brings together a wide range of profiles. On a day-to-day basis, the team is responsible for developing the campus, supporting students in their studies, building partnerships with companies and institutions, organising events and developing innovation initiatives around artificial intelligence, digital transformation and the skills of the future.

Christophe Wagnière, CEO 42 Switzerland

"42's mission is to offer excellent tech training that is accessible to everyone, regardless of qualifications, thanks to innovative and collaborative teaching methods. To achieve this ambition, we rely on a team of committed experts and a committed management committee. Together, we are helping students to develop the skills that will enable them to adapt to technological change, contribute to the local economy, strengthen Switzerland's digital sovereignty and meet the needs of businesses.

They were the first to believe that the opening of a 42 campus in French-speaking Switzerland would be an incredible opportunity for the region, and they succeeded in the crazy gamble of finding the funding to launch Ecole 42 Lausanne.

The Executive Committee of 42 Lausanne

« 42: where students from all backgrounds realise their most ambitious dreams, where companies finally find the talent they're looking for, and where the economy gains its real engines of growth. Here, there's no selection by money - just passion and excellence. »

Serge Reymond

Chairman, Association 42

« As Treasurer, I ensure that every resource is used to strengthen our mission: to offer accessible, sustainable tech training that is in tune with the needs of the local economy. »

Pierre-Antoine Barraillé

Treasurer, Association 42

«  42 offers a new way forward: enabling everyone, whatever their background, to learn about IT and AI at their own pace, while reconciling work, family life and training. Completely free of charge for students, 42 removes financial barriers and helps train the professionals that businesses and public organisations need. As a member of the committee, I'm committed to fostering synergies and sustainable partnerships. As a computer scientist by training, I'm keen to see more women writing the future of digital technology. »

Laura Perret

Partner and Director Switzerland, Valpeo

« Talent knows no curriculum, or gender, and 42 Zurich and Lausanne demonstrate this on a daily basis: schools without teachers that train exceptional developers free of charge, women and men who would not have been attracted by the traditional academic system, and which today, thanks to AI, give them a creative power that my generation of precursors did not have. »
