Founder and creator of 42 Lausanne, Christophe Wagnière is helping to develop innovative training models for digital professions in Switzerland.
Christophe Wagnière is the founder and director of Ecole 42 Lausanne, which he will lead from its opening in 2021. He previously held the position of Director of Information Systems at the HES-SO, and has also worked in demanding technological environments such as BCV and IBM. His background combines technical expertise, a commitment to teaching and a strategic vision of digital technology.
Under his leadership, 42 Lausanne has established itself as a key player in IT training in Switzerland, offering a unique teaching model based on project-based learning, collaboration between peers and completely free training. This model, supported by the international 42 network, enables us to train experts capable of meeting the practical needs of businesses, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, software development and cloud architecture.
Christophe Wagnière is leading the national development of 42 Switzerland, with the opening of the 42 Zürich campus and the launch of the Digital Lab in Geneva. He is working to build bridges between education, applied research and the business world, mobilising public and private partners around a common mission: to strengthen the country's digital sovereignty by training local, diverse and operational talent.
