Requirements for applying?
? Location: your head office or branch must be based in the canton of Vaud.
? Headcount: up to 50 employees (group included) even without an IT team.

Jury
A jury made up of representatives from the SPEI, the FIT, d'Innovaud and the business community will select eligible companies from 01 to 16.04.2026, results 30.04.2026.
Tarification
? CHF 3'000 per company after selection (10-day invoice).
Intellectual property, data & confidentiality
? Complete ownership: the intellectual property of the results (code, prompts, configs, technical docs) belongs to you.
? Guaranteed confidentiality (NDA): students and mentors undertake not to reuse your business ideas or the solutions developed.
? Anonymised data: you remain responsible for compliance with the DPA and access.
? Communication: you authorise mention of your participation (name, logo, non-confidential synopsis); your concepts remain protected.
